Books are creations, and yet again this example from Serge Kozlovsky shows his consistent creative drive. Mr. Kozlovsky’s other recent book that I’ve read, “Soothing the Soul”, is a unique collection of reflective poetry and coloring pages. His book “Snail and Duckling” unveils Serge’s unique style and expands the creative boundaries of thoughtful reading. It’s based on the idea of Neurographica which is a rapidly popular method of using the process of drawing to reduce stress. More importantly, though, is that this method is designed to affect brain neurons in a way that results in positive energy, and helps improve our solutions to life’s problems. We need more writers like Mr. Kozlovsky who have the courage and creative ability to take new techniques and ideas, and present them to us in a thoughtful and simple manner. I thank Mr. Kozlovsky and hope that he’ll continue his achievements to provide positive changes in people’s lives..

I've always been very fond of Serge's poetry in relation to my own music or in his books. His new release "Soothing the Soul" not only has reflective poetry to enjoy yet also is a great way to release your thoughts and feelings through writing and artistic expression. This can be done on ones own or with others contributing. Take a moment to find peace and discover more within yourself through his writings.

As with so much in life, the more we know about something, the more
we can use the knowledge to accomplish the great many tasks that life
has before us. The same can be said about our lives as well. The more
we know about ourselves, the easier it can be to navigate the best
course of action. "Nourishment of Being" provides the reader the means
to filter through life's mundane with poetic readings and creative writing
exercises. One rediscovers those particulars of what makes us happy,
sad, sparkle and fade. I don't like little antidotes but when one see the
flowers, one can become aware of the colors that now fill the landscape.
This makes for a healthier vision of the world around. It's the ability to
notice something positive despite that which may not, that helps a
person to see beyond and choose a happier direction. A health spiritual
state of being is not something you're born with nor is it something that
you just achieve and then always keep with us. It's something you're
born with nor is it something that you just achieve and then always
keep with us. It's something that one works to develop and has to
always work at if we are to keep it healthy. This book is a fun reading
experience and one that can be shared with those around you.

Snail and Ducking, a simple little story of one's desire just to cross a road. However, as with so much in our daily lives, we make these similar journeys all the time. Some of us make bold decisions to stamper through. Some of us go back. Some of us fail with consequences. In this case, an observant little ducking saw the struggle and came to lend a hand, even with no gain to be had. One might be surprised at how much we all affect one another. In this story, the snail gets a ride on the back of the ducking and with this, a similar ride is taking place. The illustrations are there for a reason. A form of Neurographic therapy that works with the inner solution solving part of the mind. Its thought that with the patterns, colors, shapes and lines, which we encounter in our everyday world all the time, will trigger that part of the mind. Studies have found that with the relief of the stresses and therefor the negativity, one is freer to find solutions and invoke new patterns to follow. Art therapy isn't something one feels an immediate result from. Though, yes, one can be suddenly taken back with, however, when one openly embraces the beauty before them, eventually, that one begins to see the beauty all around them as well. One begins to notice the sunrise instead of just focusing on getting that parking spot at work. In, The Tale of the Snail and the Ducking, one can draw a great many parallels from this story. One can say that the road is life and full of obstacles and what you chose to do is where our life will go. Recognizing and excepting of the assistance from those around you. Understanding that sometimes, what might seem like a rather stupid undertaking is really a valiant effort to better one's situation. One might be surprised that the ending is just....there. Everyone just goes on with their lives. Which isn't that the way it goes anyway? I recommend this fun read.

Here is a great book called Soothing the Soul,
by Serge Kozlovsky. Overall, it’s a short book that overflows
with a wealth of opportunities for relaxing, growing and
learning. There are several sections of the book that I really
love. First are his small poems that ring throughout the book
at this place and then the next. “There in a twilight region of
perception Where slumber and reality are out of distinction
Behind the shade of fears and anothers’ hopes You’ll find
yourself…” There are also several coloring sections and
though I’m an adult I enjoy returning to the coloring I did as
a child. At times, I almost think it’s childish, but Mr. Kozlovsky
provides a brain-activation explanation for my enjoyment
which I’m thankful for. Soothing the Soul is spiritual and
practical at the same time. This is the sweet-spot that’s most
important to me, and that Mr.Kozlovsky addresses head on.
To be successful at that requires a super-human degree of
thoughtfulness, consideration, and intelligence. It’s obvious
that Serge Kozlovsky excels at all three.

What may seem to be a book for children only, there are
coloring pages, turns out to be a visual treat and wonderful
therapeutic exercise for adults as well. I enjoyed reading this
book a great deal and recommend it to everyone who is still
a child at heart. You will love it !
